Adam Oppedisano President of ARO IT Solutions, is located in Massachusetts. He has been working in the technology industry since 1991. He began as a business telephone system installation engineer and in 1997 expanded his expertise to include installing and maintaining business networks as well as computer installation and repair and website design. In 2000 he expanded his expertise again by migrating from field services to engineering, working with a network ready, PC based Voice Processing Server now referred to as Voice Over IP or IP Telephony. Along the way he has been trained and field tested on every aspect of the technology industry. Annually, he spends 25% of his time on expanding his education on new products and technologies.
Dan O’Toole, Master Technician, is located in Kentucky. He has been working in the technology industry since 1988. His expertise is in Business Telephone Systems, Networks and IP Security Systems including voice and data applications such as school districts, government offices, restaurants and multi-site businesses. He has been trained and field tested on every aspect of the technology industry. Annually, he spends 25% of his time on expanding his education on new products and technologies.
ARO IT Solutions is constantly updating software and hardware to remain on the cutting edge of technology. We are currently using Adobe CS 4 Master Suite, including Dreamweaver CS4, for all website design and development. Our test server was recently upgraded to a Quad Core Processor, 8 Gb DDR2 RAM, 1 Tb SATA HDD running MS Windows 7 Operating System.
At ARO IT Solutions we rest our laurels on customer satisfaction which includes customer support that exceeds industry standards. Our customers are provided with an email address and phone numbers to reach their personal support representative. Our state of the art VoIP phone system and data network routes emails, calls and voice messages to the primary support representative first and backup technicians in 15 minute increments until somebody responds to the client.
ARO IT Solutions takes it network security very seriously. Our network is protected with a Hotbrick Firewall and all of our computers and servers are protected by Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition.
